Dr. Subir Kr Chaudhuri

    Dr. Subir Kr Chaudhuri is a distinguished scientist and academician with extensive contributions to defense research and engineering. He is a Fellow of the National Academy of Engineering (FNAE) and a Senior Life Member of IEEE.

    He served as the Director of the Research Centre Imarat (RCI), DRDO, playing a key role in India's defense and missile research programs. Recognized with prestigious honors, he is a recipient of the Vikram Sarabhai Award and the Prime Minister’s Award for his outstanding contributions.

    Currently, Dr. Chaudhuri is a Distinguished Professor at BIET (JNTUH), Hyderabad, and a Visiting Professor at IIT Bombay.

Prof. Jayanta Mukhopadhyay

    Professor Jayanta Mukhopadhyay is a distinguished faculty member in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at IIT Kharagpur. His research interests include image processing, computer vision, robotics, pattern recognition, multimedia systems, and biomedical informatics.

    He has held key administrative positions, such as Dean, Outreach and Alumni Affairs (2021–2023) and Head of the Department (2010–2013). A Humboldt Research Fellow, he has held visiting positions at the University of California, Santa Barbara, and USC, Los Angeles. His pioneering work in image processing, digital geometry, and medical informatics continues to influence advancements in AI and computer vision.

Mr. Souvanik Sarkar

    Souvanik Sarkar has over 35 years experience in the software and IT services industry. He spent 29 years as a co-founder and CTO at Interra Information Technologies (acquired by Ferfier Technologies). Prior to that, he was a software developer and manager at Cadence Design Systems, working on development of logic simulators and other EDA software. He has extensive experience as a people leader and business leader.

    Souvanik graduated with a B.Tech. degree from IIT Delhi, and a MS in Computer Science from Washington State University.

Mr. Soumitra Sen

    Soumitra has over 25 years of experience in the global tech Industry, particularly related to productization of Networking and Cyber Security technologies on a global scale. He has experience in managing large teams and delivering complex solutions, and is interested in monetization of emerging technologies. Soumitra has postgraduate engineering qualifications from IISc, and did MBA from IIM-B. He consults several companies, in topics related to product thinking and cybersecurity applications in various domains. Besides his professional career, Soumitra is also interested in niche areas of Healthcare and Hospitality, and nurtures entrepreneurial ambitions in those related markets.

Prof. Pabitra Mitra

    Professor Pabitra Mitra is a renowned academic in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at IIT Kharagpur. He holds a Ph.D. from the Indian Statistical Institute (2004) and a B.Tech from IIT Kharagpur (1996). His research focuses on machine learning, data mining, artificial intelligence, and information retrieval. With over 20 years of experience, he has held roles at IIT Kanpur, ISI Calcutta, and the Center for Artificial Intelligence and Robotics, Bangalore. He has mentored six Ph.D. and 50 master’s students and has received prestigious awards like the Yahoo and IBM Faculty Awards, contributing significantly to AI advancements.
